I. Working principle of cross roller vertical type pipe straightening machine
The inclined roller straightening machine is used to straighten pipes and round bars, so that each section of the rolled piece undergoes multiple elastoplastic bending during the process of rotating forward, and finally eliminates the bending in all directions and the ellipticity of the section. For rolled parts with round cross-sections, skew roll straightening is the most effective way of straightening, so skew roll straightening machines are widely used in rolling, drawing, pipe welding and other workshops.
The multi-roll straightening machine can be used to straighten a variety of round pipe rods of different materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper pipe, aluminum pipe, titanium pipe, bearing steel, tool steel, etc. The straightening accuracy varies according to the arrangement of the rollers.

III. Common problems and solutions in straightening
1. Cause of bending: Torque caused by straightening pressure direction and residual deformation of section steel, which can be solved by appropriate pressure adjustment.
2. Causes of torsion steel: in the section direction of section steel, the upper and lower rollers produce torque and are not equal to 0, and the section steel yields residual deformation, which can be solved by appropriately adjusting the axial series of straightening roller.
