1. Product information
Heating product: elevator guide rail T45, T50, T70; Heating speed: 30 ~ 60s/pcs.
Before cold drawing, one end should be pointed to smaller than cold drawing dies and pass through the dies freely and clamped by jaw. The induction heating furnace is used to heat the raw material about 950℃ and pointed on pointing and swaging machine.
Germany's Siemens third-generation inverter technology is used to create a series of induction heating products. The IGBT module used is the original brand new Siemens Infineon product, the equipment circuit design is reasonable, and the performance is stable. Mainly used in: metal heat treatment (quenching, annealing), metal hot forging ((hot rolling, hot forming), metal smelting (casting), metal welding.
